As a college student, Wes was the first paid employee of Y.O.U. (Youth Opportunities United) circa 1976.
Wes served as the Southwest District Youth Coordinator for the Church of God Seventh Day youth program (Faithful Youth Challengers).
Wes served as a local youth coordinator for the Grand Prairie Texas Church of God Seventh Day congregation. His youth group formed a teen band that visited and played for many churches in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

Nancy has been teaching teen classes and coordinating teen activities for years. She has served in this capacity in the Big Sandy area as well as several Feast sites.
